Jake wasn't ready for his season to be over quite yet. Things were really clicking for him and he was having a lot of fun.

Lenny, thanks for bringing your girls out to watch. That made Jake feel special that you would care to come. Grandpa & Grandma, thank you for being such great fans. Jake loved the fact that you made it to almost every game...

Matsu's Playdate

Most of you know that we have a boxer who is our "fur baby". We have had her for 7 years. Well...you know your pet is seriously spoiled when she has her own play dates set up for her. Our good friend Jamie brought over Aveeto (65 lb. male boxer) and Sasha (55 lb. female puppy boxer). Man, I wish I would have remembered to take a pict. of the three playing together...it was such a sweet sight!!

The Wichita Wingnuts

Wichita got a new semi-pro baseball team this summer. I love their mascot...the wingnuts. Anyways we went to the game to celebrate a dear friend's birthday (by the way you're lookin' pretty good for 29!!)

Our seats were in the first row right behind home plate. The kids had a lot of fun on their first outing to a professional baseball game.

After the game was over Jake, Kacie and their buddy Kaleb ran around the bases together. The night ended with some AWESOME fireworks...
